Beautiful sunset in marquette... #day 1 begins. Talk to you tomorrow, tonight Torah.
"The Kingdom of God cometh not without observation." Jesus. "Luke 18:20"

Day-1 morning post

So, Still day -1, with the fast officially starting tonight, but I've decided not to eat today as well. Kinda an extra day to gear up. And my stomach is already like: What are you doing to me bro?! lol. Whatever.

This fast will be accompanied by following the Sabbath pretty strictly, so you won't hear from me tomorrow as I dig deep into Torah and focus on the word. Lots of water so far has been had, and I will most likely take an Epson salt bath today as well.

Just some background. I recently realized that I have a gluten allergy, and mostly it hurts when I eat anyways. I know consult a doctor. Yeah whatever. My body can heal itself.

"You know it's time to fast, when it hurts to eat." and I'm not saying that's true for everyone, but for me it most definitively is.

I know that, and I will give the opportunity to do just that. Also, noticed while talking to a botanist about the idea of flowering plants and flowering humans, that we are 49 days away from the Equinox. This may not seem important, but to the adept they will see the importance of starting on today (tonight) in particular as it is a Sabbath. Blessings to you.

will more appropriate vitamins, this will have to be the case.
Tonight, I took a few "vitamins" to make sure I'm at my best health. Not a real fan of vitamins, due to the other weird ingredients in them, but until I

Day -1

For those wondering, I'm a student of Spirituality. I've studied most religions and am firmly convinced a 40 day fast can not only transform the mind, but the spirit and body as well. My goal is to reach enlightenment, gain the siddhi's and basically everything in the bible Isaiah 58. I may post recipe's, videos and whatever. I believe that when people begin to do this fast correctly, the level of enlightenment gained by our mystic masters will happen automatically, and that we must do so NOW as we approach---who knows what. Therefore, this is a resource for you, and an outlet for me. I start tomorrow at sundown. *breathe deep* So far, I've completed a 7 day fast which I broke incorrectly and have faced internal issues since. I now know, I must not only fast correctly, and end correctly but also LIVE correctly. Therefore, this is a lifestyle change for me. Well. I wish you the best on this journey, and thank those who have written blog's like this previously.
